As a compliance company working on current projects with our customers and regulatory agencies, we have firsthand knowledge of current regulations as well as additions, and/or changes as they occur.
Our training facility is well equipped.
The J. Schneider facility stands on 3.3 acres, containing: a 6,939 sq. ft. office building, a 4,000 sq. ft. warehouse, and a 9,485 sq. ft. training center. Also on-site is a pedestal crane and mock production platform with cut-outs of all relevant equipment utilized for training courses.
Selected training courses can be presented at the customer site.
J. Schneider and Associates will provide an instructor on location for select courses. Presentation requirements will be discussed for all courses to be taught off-campus. Participant minimum and maximums will also be agreed upon prior to course initiation.
We have a close working relationship with the regulatory agencies.

J. Schneider and Associates can customize existing courses or develop new courses upon request. The cost and time involved is contingent upon the project scope.
J. Schneider & Associates, LTD has been approved to be a primary training provider for the Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP) and the Small
Business Employee Training Program (SBET). These are both grant programs that partner with the Louisiana Workforce Commission, business, industry,
and training providers. They are designed to benefit business and industry by assisting in the skill development of existing employees and thereby
increasing employee productivity and the growth within their respective company. These improvements are expected to result in the creation of new
jobs, the retention of jobs that otherwise may be eliminated, and provide an increase in wages for trained workers.
